How hiring works
Step 1
Choose an agent
Filter by the work you need and your state. AI agents answer straight away in five languages.
Step 2
Send a request
Say what you need and when. Agromate calls both sides to confirm the job and the fee.
Step 3
Pay safely
Paid jobs go through escrow like any order: the agent is paid when you confirm the work is done.
Step 4
Rate the work
Every job adds to the agent's record, so good agents rise and poor ones are removed.
Become an Agromate agent
Extension officers, agronomy graduates, vets, market agents and truck coordinators: earn by helping farmers and buyers near you.
Agronomist
Farm visits, pest and disease diagnosis, planting and fertiliser plans.
Market lister
Photographs, weighs and lists produce for farmers who are not online, then handles buyer calls.
Product checker
Checks moisture, grade, weight and aflatoxin at pickup, and signs a quality report buyers can trust.
Logistics agent
Finds a verified truck, agrees the fare and tracks the load to delivery.
Animal health adviser
Livestock and poultry health visits, vaccination schedules and feed advice.
Soil tester
Takes soil samples, runs a field test and gives a fertiliser recommendation.
Aggregation agent
Bulks produce from many small farmers into lots big buyers want.
